  • 18 Jun 2021

On 16 June, our co-executive directors Saul Lehrfreund and Parvais Jabbar were joined by acclaimed broadcaster, author and DPP board member Afua Hirsch, at CogX Festival’s Global Leadership Stage.

Our session ‘The Future: No Place for The Death Penalty’ covered some of our key successes over the past 30 years, the human stories that drive our work and the challenges standing in the way of global abolition.

We were delighted to be able to include a special video message from Kwame Ajamu, death row exoneree and chair of Witness to Innocence.
